Room cleaning was very nice. Bathroom neta and clean, also bed is comfortable. I will stay again in Novotel if visits Delhi again. My room was very nice... Rammohan and Sanjeev from housekeeping very helpfull. Food was also very good......

We all loved the stay. I would rate them 10 on 10. It was that amazing. While the facilities were amazing, the key highlight of our stay was the hospitality from the staff. Right from the front desk to the house keeping staff were amazing and pleasing to talk to were always more than eager to help you with even the smallest of our needs. Chandrapal from house keeping ensured that the room is always sparkling clean!. You really made our vacation even much more amazing than we thought it would be. I would love to come back and stay with you 🙂

Room is clean, bathroom is neat and clean services are prompt. Staff helped us regarding check in and I will be staying in Novotel whenever in Delhi and floor Superviser Rammohan helped us regarding room services Room view is very nice and feel relaxing
