Staff friendly and helpful. Food good with excellent choice but breakfast is manic! Good location with good facilities but all fixtures and fittings are very tired , or example fancy bath in the room but no plug, no hand drying facilities in any toilets, no air con in the gym. Organisation was generally poor, sometimes we got no towels, sometimes no water, sometimes no tea despite asking at reception. They just don't have the basics right and so many little things spoil what would otherwise be a lovely experience.

The staff are very friendly specially Souad at the reception , she gave us so many good recommendations for our stay The hotel is very comfortable and the view is epic , Have to attend one sunset form There ,the room was amazing with beautiful tub that made our stay so relaxing

Excellent friendly staff in every department and specially the two brilliant Zhirou and Meriam, they are ready to do anything to make you happy, The hotel is a little run down but still a very nice place. the vue from the room just breathtaking, i would love to see this hotel in better condition Please Accor do something for this hotel

Our first time in Morocco so didn’t know that people were very friendly. the room was very clean and all the house keeping staff were very polite and helpful. we got the room intel 4pm but that wasn’t an issue, we have been at the bar meantime. At the reception we felt so welcomed Meriam and Zhirou were so professional. We will definitely come back
