Dear Nigara Zikriyarova, First of all, thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience at our hotel. While our primary goal as a team is to always provide the best service, the feedback from our guests adds experience and happiness to our team. We have done the necessary research on the situation you mentioned, but I should point out that since your reservation is for 4 adults and 1 child, there are 2 rooms in each room, 1 large bed and 1 sofa bed, and the room has been allocated according to the number of people. During check-in, it was stated that our rooms do not have 3 separate beds and your approval has been received. And after you checked in, your sofa bed was opened by our staff. We would like to state that the reason for the low number of products we leave in our rooms as standard is to minimize the footprint we leave on nature. In addition, if you have any needs, you can contact the reception and the product you need has been left in your room by the housekeeping and renewed daily. It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the indoor pool due to hygiene standards. If necessary, you can buy a swimming cap from the spa center.
