Very pathetic service. Staff also not very co-operative. Food also very poor. Conditions of the room are very poor.

Very poor hospitality. The conditions of the room are pathetic no hygiene also no is there to attend to the complaints. Food is also pathetic. This is not the Ibis standard not even close to that. Would not recommend to any one.

The hotel needs improving their rooms and corridors.

The location of the hotel is great, compound and reception and staff are friendly but the rooms and corridors are not maintained. The room is smelly, mouldy and dirty. Dirty bathroom. The rooms are not maintained. However, there has been improvement since my visit last year 2024 but more need doing in the rooms and corridors - run-down wall, dirty wall etc.

An excellent stay. A clean environment with variants of healthy food at breakfast buffet. availability of food choices for lunch and dinner. the facilities at the gym area is marvellous.

Absolutely enjoyable stay. Courteous service from all staff. Ms. Mary was exceptional. She went the extra mile to resolve issue with my room access card. The GM, Mimi was accessible, approachable and very responsive to my service request.
