The location is great, very close to the airport, the staff from the security to the front seat are very professional and friendly and the food, breakfast and buffet is simply amazing. Great choices too.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were great, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Improvements could be made in the washrooms, but overall it was great stay

The hotel staff are not well trained in particular Efe, Joy and Nancy on the front desk. After many attempts back and forth to contact the hotel to book a shuttle pick up from the airport with the names above telling me (very rudely and nonchalantly the hotel did not offer a shuttle service which is false since this service is clearly stated and advertised on the hotel’s websites and all booking platforms) I eventually got through to the front desk manager Mary, who told me the shuttle was booked BUT, I was still NOT PICKED UP AT THE AIRPORT! My flight was a late arrival and I specifically requested and booked the shuttle pick up for safety and security reasons only to still be left stranded by this hotel on my arrival at the airport. On getting to the hotel several hours later after struggling to find an alternative pick service at that very late arrival hour rather being apologetic and offering basic customer service for the complete shambles the hotel had left me in, Joy specifically was still extremely rude and nonchalant and still arguing with me that the hotel does not have a shuttle service!!! This really is not acceptable, your staff needs to be either trained on the services your hotel offers and generally on good customer service etiquette or these services (including the airport shuttle) needs to be removed from hotel descriptions and websites. Leaving your guests stranded and being unapologetic about it is simply not acceptable!!!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and distress you experienced due to the issues with the shuttle service and the interactions with our front desk staff. We deeply regret that you were not picked up from the airport despite your booking and that you were provided with incorrect information about our shuttle service. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide and we understand how frustrating and concerning this situation must have been, especially given the late hour of your arrival. Please be assured that we take your comments very seriously. We are currently investigating why our team members, Efe, Joy, and Nancy, were unaware of the shuttle service and why their interactions with you were not up to our standards of courtesy and professionalism. We will be conducting additional training sessions to ensure all staff members are fully informed about the services we offer and are equipped to handle guest inquiries with the utmost respect and efficiency. In the meantime, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the poor experience you had and for any stress or inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and we are committed to making the necessary changes to prevent such occurrences in the future.
