Functional hotel near to Malaga's main attractions.

The location of this hotel was good - about 10 minutes walk from the start of the old town and 15-20 minutes to the main railway station. The rooms were clean and comfortable but definitely "no frills" given the price! If there in summer, be aware that the temperature of the air con isn't allowed to be below 22 degrees! There was no safe, no fridge and no kettle. There were two thin bath towels in the bathroom but no hand towels .The electricity had gone off when we returned to our room on the first evening and a member of staff came to sort it via a trip switch but advised us not to touch the fuse box! After breakfast the following morning, we were without electricity again! Maria on reception allocated a different room but when we checked it, lights were flickering and making a loud clicking noise! Thankfully we'd checked it before packing up! We had to wait around about an hour to wait for another room to be cleaned which was a nuisance when we had only two days in the city. That said, Maria was extremely helpful and resolved the problem. Breakfast was very hectic, partly due to the way the food and coffee machines were located, rather than lack of tables. Mainly continental style with a couple of hot things. There were so many nice cafes in town that I probable wouldn't pay in advance for breakfast next time. An email encouraged us to check-in online but we still had to go check the passports again, sign the form again and pay on arrival so there was no advantage to doing so.

The hotel was very affordable considering its location. It was great for walking around Malaga and it also has its own parking which was not expensive, so that was helpful. We have also liked the breakfast there too.

A basic but decent hotel which is perfectly situated close to the old town. We had a 3rd floor room at the front from which we enjoyed people watching. The room was basic but we didn't mind as all was in order and clean. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. It was quiet in the hotel itself. The street noise never bothers us. (We take earplugs). Loved the breakfast time being until midday so we didn't feel rushed. Food was of good quality, plenty of it, good choice and set us up for the day. Staff always helpful. Bus stop to Botanical Gardens over the road and down from the museum. Bus from Marina to El Palo and Pedregalejo. Many BQ fish restaurants. We got lost going to Automobile Museum as tourist map not helpful! Train C2 to Alora. Loved sitting in the square, the walk to castle etc. This is our 4th visit to Malaga. Would return to this hotel and recommend it. No tea/coffee but we are elderly and British so brought our own! One negative: No safe in the room.

マラガに行く度に泊まりますが、センターに歩いて行けるので便利な存在。 今回は朝食が少々貧しかった。卵料理が無いし英国の紅茶もなかった。(多分品切れ？）

Good place to stay while in Malaga. I am a light sleeper so staying in the busy Malaga Centro is not my first choice. Great that I could find this hotel! I slept like a baby and it is also right beside the huzzle and buzzle but not into it. Descent breakfast.
