I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. As your mentioned, that hotel should improve the standard to change the linen everday, in order to decrease the enviornment pollution, all accord hotels implemented "Planet 21" Project, so that you can put the notice on the bed if you need change the linen everyday, so that our staff will follow up accordingly. Meanwhile, we'll try our best to improve our variety of breakfast, in order to meet guest need. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Ibis Tianjin Teda. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Our hotel will start 122 guest rooms renovation start from end of Mar. 2014, to replace furniture, TV set, part of renovation in bathroom, repainting on the wall, replace new curtain, etc, especially change the bed as sweet bed style, that is more comfortable than before and people can enjoy the pleasant sleep during the night time. For the linen, we're planning to purchase some new one to replace the old one, in order to improve our production quality. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
