Rooms ok. Breakfasts ok. But the receptionist behind her desk was the worst person I never seen at that position. So rude with all the clients coming to check in or to ask information. I will always remember her. Really chocked. Will never come back

The room was clean and actually pretty modern for a budget hotel. Only bad experience was the shower where the shower head was falling off during showering and there were not many places where you could put your clothes. Although the breakfast buffet was small the food was delicious.

Good budget option very close to the airport. I arrived on a fairly late flight into Brussels and picked this hotel because of it's location and low price for a short one night stop before moving on early the next day. Typical Ibis Budget comfortable bed a/c was ok not great as it was extremely hot I believe in the mid 30's C the day I arrived. I took breakfast in the morning €10 for a small selection but it was adequate. A bus stop out side took me directly into the city centre in about 30 minutes.

Some good points but I booked 3 nights and moved after one, just too basic and right for me.

Liked- the peaceful location, walking distance to Eurocontrol and not far from Brussels Airport. Bed surprisingly comfortable and room clean. Microwave for guests. Disliked- very basic facilities even for a budget hotel. Woken up twice during the night by teenagers shouting in the corridor. Microwave area filthy. Decor awful (just unnecessary to make it look like some 1990s Wendy house) Breakfast not worth the €10 I booked 3 nights and moved after one, just too basic and right for me.

Shame about Covid...shuttle stopped

My regular hotel for years. With an without partner or friends. Very basic, but can't sleep before travelling anyway. So thats fine. Unfortunately they've stopped the shuttle service to the airport,(Covid) Thus, the price you pay in the end is same as a more luxurious hotel with shuttle service. Hope they'll start the shuttle again. (else 25€ for 3 km taxi, or 3€ with the public bus)
