Excellent location. Comfortable and clean. Quick stay to visit a friend and family. Easy stay and to return as well. I liked the decoration of the restaurant and the lobby. Someway a little bit different from other Ibis.

Ibis hotel has incorrectly charged me during my stay on last january, and after more than 15 days they were not able to provide a charge back on my credit card... Very poor service. And they could not give me a clear status of when it is going to be executed.

I was in Ribeirão Preto a few days ago and stayed in this hotel. It was a nice stayed wich I left my motorbike in a good parking lot, spend my entire day in a shopping center right in front of. Had a good night sleep in a clean brand new bedroom. Definetly was a nice trip.

The coffee break is very poor, without many options. There is no natural hot milk to drink with coffee. They gave only the option to drink an artificial milk but the price for coffee break is always expensive comparing with low quality of the service.

I just like the location, and the breakfast of the hotel but nothing else. You could clean much better the bathroom and change the sheets. The sheets was filthy. I don't pretende to stay in that hotel .
