I recently stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided. I especially want to highlight the staff: they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my stay pleasant and relaxing. I would happily return and can definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I enjoy the hotel sp mich. The animation is very nice. Kids club is very good. Bars are also nice. I enjoy all. I was vey nice experience

It was my first time in HURGADHA , I choosed Mercure as it was close to the Airport . I had a relaxing time for 9 days , my room had a beautiful sea view . Room was cleaned every single day with clean towels and fresh bed linen . Bottle of water each day and the kind house keeper will create towel art on my bed , which was swan lovers , heart with flowers ,really caught my eyes I think it’s Mr Mamood my room was 1319 . Staff like him need to feel valued and appreciated, nice guy good at his job . However the room could do with an upgrade, poor WiFi signal , pillow and mastress NOT the softness. Food at the restaurant was delicious with variety of preferences and taste . Enjoyed all the food from breakfast, lunch time , tea and dessert . I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr Emad for his service always greeted us with a smile and make us feel welcome. Plenty of sun beds available by the beach and swimming pools . Beautiful sunrise everyday some of the best I’ve seen . Refreshment available at the bar and entertainment was different each night. ATM facilities and taxi service at the reception.

I've gone to heaven!!! It's my first time in Egypt and my first time in this hotel, and it's just incredible. There is an incredibly beautiful territory, and an insanely delicious buffet, and insanely Pleasant staff. And what else captivated me was the animation. The program is very pleasant and the animators are very friendly, funny, uplifting and conduct amazing activities such as zumba, water aerobics, stretching, volleyball, a lot of interesting things. Especially the animator Max is very friendly, does an amazing job, and gives a good mood. And the evening shows are also very effective, I really enjoyed the dance show 1000 and 1 night!! Gorgeous beautiful dancers and dancing. And cleaning room is perfect. All perfect. Thank you so much about with paradise!
