Территория красивая, пляж прекрасный. Из минусов: вода в пластиковых бутылках, которую нужно было самим набирать в кране в коридоре. Поставтье, многоразовые стеклянные бутылки и. пусть персонал их сам наполняет, это касается и. пляжа, обычно на пляже тоже стоят бутылки в стекле, которые можно пить бесплатно! Это для вас не составит больших трат, но значительно повысит уровень сервиса. и., кстати, нас предупредили, что воду мы должны сами набирать только на 3-й день проживания, все это время мы покупали воду в кафе.. и. еще, посуда в ресторане вся заляпана… это ужасно. и. опять же, нет воды бесплатной на ужинах, что очень удивило.

This resort was an absolute paradise. We spent a week here and the only regret was that we didn’t spend longer instead of moving to a different 5 star hotel that just didn’t hold up in comparison to the Sofitel. The hotel is right on a gorgeous white sandy beach- exactly the kind you think of when thinking of Mauritius! The main pool is huge and so nice, Every night is a new theme in the restaurant and staff go all out with food and decorations. The food is always delicious (do not miss the breakfast crepes and the egg queen in the morning will make the best eggs you’ve ever had, made to order every time, any way you want) and service is always friendly and efficient. The rooms aren’t modern but they have a great authentic vibe and the resort grounds are stunning. Highly recommend this resort, already dreaming of returning.

Horrible experience the end of our honeymoon. Team members are awesome but management are the worst. 1. Our first room was just in front of building being rebuild, the noise was constant. The manager told us it was just today (big lie because we check the day after and the noise was the same) 2. We waited 3 hours in the lobby to have another room, no communication (5 star hotel??? I doubt). Managers answers were "What you want me to do?" 3. The second room was big but not really clean. We had lot of roommates such as spiders, orange wasp or gecko. 4. For the breakfast be prepared to eat with pigeons walking on the plates. We asked a manager and the answer was like always "What you want me to do?" 5. Until the final bill we had surprises, the manager took my payment card and start writing down my card numbers (even if I paid with the machine already with my PIN). All that for security ... No worries my card is cancelled already. Good points: - people working there are trying their best - beach is beautiful - water activities are good - food (at the buffet) is really good The global experience was far from a 5 star hotel. The main issue are managers, not really trained to be 5 star. We certainly will go back to Mauritius but never to this hotel.

Nestled in a massive garden / park with beautiful flowers and bushes - water fountains and lakes - lawns and trees - just so stunning - this resort is just so beautiful and located right on the Flic en Flac Beach. I will suggest you book the Magnifique type of rooms overlooking the Indian Ocean! We have had the most wonderful vacation here! Good size rooms - bathroom with shower and bathtub, various of restaurants, brilliant food and choices with each evening a theme night at the main restaurant - at the beach restaurant live entertainment every evening ' nice bars at the resort - great Boat House - you can do all sorts of watersports here - the Flic en Flac town is just a stroll away walking on the lovely sandy beach - swimming snorkeling sailing - just paradise! A big thank you goes to Mr. Nawaz - from when we first arrived to when we said goodbye he looked after us 100%!! No wonder everyone loves him - he has worked here at L'Imperial for 32 years!!!

My wife and I stayed here in Sept to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. From arrival to departure, all of the hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. On checking in, Krisha arranged for us to have an anniversary breakfast on the beach and we also found a bottle of fizz, chocolates and fruit in our room as a surprise. Thank you Krisha! Our room had a balcony with a sea view which was perfect for unwinding before dinner. Housekeeping was excellent - all staff were polite and friendly and our room was kept clean every day. We were on a half board basis and there was a great selection for breakfast and dinner each day. The staff in the restaurants were very attentive and were genuinely lovely people - thank you to Martika for looking after us so well! We have nothing negative to say about our stay here and would love to return sometime soon. Thank you all!
