We had a great experience at this resort and enjoyed every moment spent here. Excellent service and friendly staff, especially Vishal (from the bar) who is a very nice guy and he is also a top professional.

We spent one week in that beautiful Hotel located directly at the Beach. Best offer of food I have ever experienced in a Hotel. The Dinner Buffet followed a different theme every Night and the Food and decoration was just amazing. We had a romantic Lobster Menue at the Beach and an entertaining teppanyaki in the japanese Restaurant. Every Night live-music in one of the two Bars. Our stay was just magical and one week far too short.

Poor service and holiday experience in January 2023. We have been a guest in your hotel for more than 15 years . You are welcome to check your records. Unfortunately , I was really disappointed this time and I am not sure I would return again. I would like to give you an opportunity first to respond … I am including some photos . The customer service was really bad , on all levels. The rooms were old and shabby , TV hanging skew , paint coming off wall and aircon not working properly . The mattress was shot and dipping in the middle. See time stamp on photos Restaurant service was terrible. The second night by the time the waiter brought the wine list , we had already finished our dinner and left the table. Only a few minutes later the waiter came running up the stairs to sign for the water . I asked him to call the manager .You can check the slip as I wrote on it very poor service. The food at dinner was also not great and of inferior quality compared to the past . The only food that was good ,was the lunch menu / Tiger prawns at the pool bar. Their service was reasonable, but not great either ,although much better than dinner. We did not have breakfast so would not know what that was. I was really disappointed with the beds and couches on the beach. The were coming off the sponge and torn and dirty. The beds we also dirty and to my surprise, the staff was not removing water from the roof part ,so beds were always dripping . This is even 5 hours after the rain every day. Also, no service on the beach .

We have had our full day workshop there on the 25th of October2023. Everything was perfect from the organization of the conference room to the lunch and through to the afternoon break. The staff was magnificent with a smile and a worldclass service. I would highly recommend the venue for workshops and end of year parties. Special thanks to Deshnee, The Sales and Marketing Director Ludmila and last but definitely not least the Cluster General manager Mr Antonio Ferreira de Souza. Bravo once again.
