Wonderfull stay all the people were amazing. All the staff members are so much frendly specially SUCI ,ANTO, PAWAIT are soo helping nature always have smile on there face . I wish I could stay more at the property but was with less time . amazing stayyy no more word to describe just fabulous 😍

Keris was amazing with his service for our lunch, with three trips to our sun bed helping out with the kids meals and drinks too in the heat of the day and splitting the bill. He was very patient and kind. I would definely recommend. Thank you again

Great hotel with lovely staff!! The breakfast has a lot to offer and Udin and Anto were always helpful to us and making every guest feel welcomed. Also the photos that you can do turned out very good. You cant go wrong with coming here to Novotel

Such an enjoyable and relaxing week in Lombok. I would like to thank Udin and Keris for all of their help in making my time memorable. Stop in and visit them at the beach bar/grill to enjoy some of the most amazing and striking sunsets. Great way to “destress” from sunbathing all day.
