Novotel Lombok is just the nicest place to be with kids. The pools, the staff, the food, the cleanliness are all amazing. Location is great, only a short trip to the bustling town, but far enough away that it is very peacful. We have stayed many times and will stay again.

The hotel and services are excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and breakfast is amazing. My husband and I met at this hotel 25 years ago, and this year, we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary We would like to thank Leha for all her help in making our anniversary so special.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Kuta Lombok. The room was very good, clean & comfortable. The cleaners came in every day to clean the room and change the towels. Bottled water was complimentary in the rooms. All of the staff were amazing. Anything I asked for was there immediately. The food was very good. I love the happy smiling faces everywhere 😊 thank you for looking after me so well

We have just finished Christmas brunch at the Novotel Kuta, they were absolutely wonderful, staff were so helpful and accommodating the food was endless and so tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you for making our Christmas a very happy day.

We spent two weeks in this hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is the best asset of the hotel, Mr. Anto, Mr. Santana, Mr. Udin, Mr. Cakra, and everyone was very nice and attentive. The room is good but our opinion is that the whole hotel needs a renovation. The beach is dirty in the rainy season and the hotel is a little bit old. However, is a perfect hotel for children and to do a reset from work.
