Bad pillows and meager room art

We stayed at 21C two years ago and had a wonderful experience. Our recent two night visit presented a big issue. The bed pillows were huge and hard as rocks. I have neck issues so am very sensitive to bad pillows. We contacted the front desk (very late) and they sent someone up with different pillows but they were the same. Bad nights. I also have a question about the room decor. The walls were clean but dull and we only had one art piece. The art in the rest of the hotel is wonderful. Why wouldn’t a hotel that promotes art have wall artwork as well?

Disappointing

Stayed in 4 highly rated hotels this trip. 2 in Tulsa, 1 in Springfield MO, and this one. This hotel was more than twice as much as the others and very disappointing. Difficult parking due to extensive construction, pillows were awful, restaurant so-so and very overpriced. The room was okay but MUCH smaller than the other hotels. I recommend just a day trip here to see the museum and the town, one day is plenty. Stay in Springfield or Little Rock, this place isn’t worth the price.

Fantastic hotel! Super comfortable room with lots of seating options and a great bed. All the details were well thought out and lots of room to stretch out. Great lighting, too, for reading that most hotel rooms lack. Interesting art all through the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Will stay here again when we visit Bentonville

No alojé pues me quedé donde mi hermana (a eso viaje! no faltaba más) sin embargo lo visité para conocerlo. Nos tomamos una bebida en el restaurante y luego lo recorrimos con calma. Soy arquitecta (lo he dicho mil veces) y bueno...aluciné con este hotel! Es que está lleno de detalles de arte y diseño que se observan tanto en su construcción, mobiliario e iluminación como en su decoración. Además está bien emplazado en pleno centro de Bentonville, cerca de la plaza y del museo. A distancia caminable de todo en un entorno lleno de restaurantes y boutiques. Realmente es lugar único y especial.

Muy contemporaneo, con muy buenos estandares. Divertido con su mezcla de buena hoteleria y exposiciones temporales y permanentes. A un lado de la plaza principal y del museo Cristal Bridges. Gran opcion para huir de los hoteles de cadena tan basicos que predominan en la zona.
