Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa (najsympatyczniejszy wysoki, szczupły pan na recepcji :)) , czysto, wygodnie, udogodnienia w postaci siłowni i basenu pomagają zająć czas. Jedynie okolica nie najlepsza. I choć na śniadaniu było sporo do wyboru to brakowało mi trochę rożnorodności (Codziennie to samo. Byliśmy krótko a na czwarty dzień już miałam problem z jedzeniem bo dla vegetarian był do wyboru tylko jeden żółty ser, jajecznica albo jogurt - reszta już na słodko. Jak ktoś nie jest fanem dżemu i nutelli to za dużo nie ma do wyboru - no chyba, że przez cały tydzień będzie jadł pomidory i ogórki). Obiad kupowaliśmy osobno jednego dnia - spaghetti a'la carbonara, bolońskie i sałatka grecka bardzo smaczne. Ogólnie polecam serdecznie.

The most expensive $5.50 Coke

I hesitate to write a bad review but in this case I have no option. After paying well over $150 per night at breakfast, where the food was decent, one can have as much free orange juice, as much free coffee, as much free many otehr juices, but for a Coke, I had to fork out $5.50 each day. I went to a manager and said how outrageous it is that one has to pay for a Coke, which is cheaper than orange juice!and he just shrugged.

I am becoming a regular at this very GOOD Hotel ! I honestly think it is the best Novotel Hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a lot! The entire Hotel is SUPER clean , with a "fresh" up to date look about it , the rooms are just perfect , with a balcony an absolute treat for me (thankyou Reception), my stays have been very comfortable and have felt at "home" during them. The outdoor Terrace Garden adjacent to the Restaurant was a revelation , truly civilized ! "Live & Let Live"!! The ancient Hellene philosophers would have been most proud of the Novotel Athens managements ethos ! I titled this this review sincerely and factually , all the staff are Professional , competent , empathetic , kind , accommodating ,friendly , welcoming and just simply said , WONDERFUL !! Thankyou to all ! Special mention - Night Auditor , Vaggelis , a true Gentleman with Philotimo !

Hotel całkiem przyzwoity, choć raczej mniej niż 4 gwiazdki. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja blisko metra, bliski pieszo do głównych atrakcji, choć dzielnica w której znajduje się hotel nie zbyt ciekawa

Cockroaches in rooms beware!

Been staying at this Novotel Athens hotel a few times a year for past 8 years for work, and I have directsd grou. The hotel has become desheveled and tattered over past 18 months. Management is non existant. Rooms have cockroaches in them and cockroach eggs in the bed. A huge cockroach went into my hotel slipper and up my leg when i put it on. A nightmare. Smaller ones went into my luggage and i was only in that third room 1 day! I changed my room three times due to finding signs of insect eggs in the bed and hair in the towels. I had to throw away 2 very expensive Samsonite suitcases on my return as I refuse yo bring a cockroach infestation back to my home. This used to be our favourite hotel due to.customer care and management but past 18 months or so have been an absolute disaster. Never staying here again!!
