No acostumbro poner bajas calificaciones y lo hago con la idea de que el personal del hotel las lea. Me hospede 3 noches y en la segunda hubo una pelea entre dos huespedes en una habitación contigua y en los pasillos que duro aproximadamente de 3 am a 6 am. Si bien sé que eso no es culpa del hotel, hay dos cosas que en mi opinión si son: 1) La inacción del hotel durante ese tiempo, ya que se dedico a hablar por telefono a la habitación y demuestra que no hay personal de seguridad y que no hay protocolo de seguridad. Por el comportamiento agresivo en el pasillo, si temí por mi seguridad. 2) Me acerque al front desk el día siguiente para pedir cambio de habitación y me dijeron que no tenían ningún reporte en bitácora, que estaba fuera de horario para hacer mi solicitud y se simplemente se negaron, argumentando que si otra vez no me dejaban dormir, podía pedir mi cambio a esa hora. Eso en mi opinión lo equipara a un hotel de 2 estrellas del Centro. Así que la próxima vez me hospedaré en otro lugar.

The rooms was good, but a small downside was that the rooms lacked usb oulets in the wall. Tried the breakfast buffet once. It was bland, lack of options. You wpuld think they made the few things they had well, but that was not the case. Good thing there is very nise breakfast options close by.

De kamer bleek een invalide kamer te zijn. Geen probleem maar het was fijn als we dit geweten hadden. Spijtig was de wastafel beschadigd, lekte de douche slang en kon de douche kop niet opgehangen worden.

Ridiculous for the price. I just needed some extra nights for Accor Status Retention and there wasn’t any Novotel or above in the city center. Far too expensive. How can a practically 1 star hotel without breakfast, without a fridge, without 1 international channel cost 80$? Half of the bathroom is broken and cracked, other half moldy.Not even a towel for your hands and the room 3x4 meters. [9 x12 foot] It was clean,okay but that’s about it. Take the Hampton Inn at the same price and get even towels and a breakfast. Preposterous. Remember the De Funès movie L’Aile ou la cuisse? Well, this would be a Tricatel Hotel. Total Rip off ! Never again.

Clean and nicely laid out hotel. Walking distance to El Paseo de Montejo and Walmart. Lobby is cool and inviting. We had to wait 1.5 hours in the lobby before check in and we we able to buy two cokes and comfortably wait. Check in was easy. The hotel is especially clean. Our room with a double bed was very small but super efficient. Small desk area under window and a small bench and separate chair to put stuff. Also a small cubby hole closet with a few hangers. I would have liked 2 pillows per person to prop yourself up as you lie in bed resting. Bathroom was large enough with a roomy counter and surprisingly large shower. We paid for breakfast for the two days that we stayed. Breakfast ended at 10:30am daily and had many choices. Fresh fruit, eggs, a meat dish, beans, cereal, toast, juice and the all important coffee. All was delicious and they changed the main dishes daily. We sat in a very comfortable seating area. For the price we paid being an Orbitz member it was a great stay. Great location and a clean hotel. I would stay here again and highly recommend.
