I won’t repeat what I already shared to the hotel , not even a good evening Mr Salazar , welcome to Novotel suites , to be aware the room has defect with the closet , so you cannot open the door of the closet , and be careful with your children they can hurt !!! That is a joke , no option offered to remediate the failure of the property!!! If you cannot delivered a room which covers the minimum safety requirements, do not sell the room , block it like any other hotel . You guy’s clearly don’t care about the guest , and unless something extraordinary happens I will never stay in any hotel from the Accor group , I swear … in between my stay in Perpignan I stayed at the Pullman in Lyon , so you guys should really control the value your charge vs value you offer per stay , that Novotel Suites of us a joke !!!

Great from beginning to finish. So quiet , perfectly furnished , spacious. All you need and more. Friendly staff. Only 1 deducted for not having freshly squeezed juice ( even the ibis styles had it on my trip )
