As usual, good stuff, good breakfast. Room enough for one night. Main and only problem come from the service side door of the alsace's hôtel and bad noise cancelling windows. First wake up at midnight for the laundry service, Next at 2am too lessen a discussion between 2 employes... Not a great night

Hot water was non existent. There’s an AC unit in the room that doesn’t work. Key card to room kept being getting de magnetized. Buttons in elevator wouldn’t work. Either homeless or up all night people hang out at benches in front of hotel and talk all night. A fight one night. I was on the fourth floor and heard them all night long.
