Not a nice experience

The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on, to the point that I believe would be better to put the "mattress" (which was very thin) on the floor, as the sofabed frame was irregular and with a metal component sticking out in the middle, making it in the shape of a "speed bump". The only way to sleep at least a bit comfortably was by using the duvet as a "secondary mattress". I have stayed in many hotels in the last years, but this is something by far worse than anything I have seen so far. This could be fixed by using a mattress that is at least not barely thicker than a yoga mat... The breakfast was way above expectation, much better than similar 3 stars hotels in Paris, and the staff, while having some trouble with English, made a real effort to help. The location was good with a metro station and tram stop nearby. The worst part was the fact that attempts to contact the hotel via email were ignored.

Second stay in this hotel. This time very cold room (no heating possible), very small toilet. Basically you get a bed, don’t expect much more.

The hotel worked great for us because it's located two tram stations from the Parc Expo Porte de Versailles, where we attended a convention. The staff was kind and always ready to help. The room was ok and had a great view of the Eiffel Tour. The breakfast was good, although one pain au chocolat was stale.
