Very inconsistent with some rude staff who need training

Some positives some negatives inconsistency is throughout the hotel. Housekeeping and reception were poor we were not told about the electronic room cleaning switch so when our room wasn’t cleaned for I called to report this. The lady I spoke to at reception was patronizing and told me she would write a list of what we needed and organize for cleaning at 7pm. It took 30 minutes for some tea bags and clean cups to come, and a very rude housekeeping lady told me off in the meantime but agreed cleaning at 7pm. 7pm came we went for dinner at the hotel we came back at 8.30 the room was not touched again ! We did complain about this the next day and a very nice guest relations lady came and we did receive a small olive oil as a gift. We went for a walk and on return asked for a golf buggy to the hotel. The lady on security was EXTREMELY rude indeed and shrugged her shoulders at us. The hotel is NOT consistent at all some great staff some dreadful. It’s expensive and needs to improve. Ps the hotel security dog is very cute 😊

Out holiday to this beautiful resort and spa was Amazing. Hotel and staff were impeccable . First class service from start to finish. I would highly recommended this place. The restaurants Greek and Asian were world class. Can not wait to get back to this Amazing Hotel.

One of the best Hotels - for me home away from home and my Home-Office Deleux

It's been my sixth stay and I guess that already says it all. I came here first with my girlfriend and we had a villa with privat pool which is great for love birds 😉 After that it became my home-office deleux during covid and I kept (and will be) coming back because it has not only a fantastic and friendly staff but also the amenities a great outdoor infinitypool to chill, an indoor pool to swim your laps, I love the breakfast buffet - really delicious, a very big gym with steambath (and sauna- who likes it hot). Not to forget about the spa where a variety of treatments (the therapists are excellent, with a beauty salon where I had a great mani-padi 👍 All in all this is one of my absolute favorite hotels in the world - and not to brag, but I am lucky enough that I've been around the world. One thing though, you might not experience too much of Corfu (at least I didn't yet) because you tend to stay at the hotel 😉 Oh, one more thing, they do have a beach club, so who ever wants a little party ... here we go Enjoy!

Beautiful hotel and food, amazing staff

First time in Corfu and so glad we chose this amazing hotel! We only stayed a short break but will be back here to stay longer. April is a perfect time for the peace and tranquility. The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting along the coast, I loved the decor and relaxed vibe throughout. We were upgraded to a suite with stunning views, the food was beautiful, amazing spa area and great gym/leisure facilities with yoga and Pilates classes. Pool area with infinity pool overlooking the scenery was stunning. What really made the stay was the staff, all were super friendly and so kind from the beginning with the little gifts. A special thanks to Ageliki, Theo, Nikos and Christos who each are all wonderful and we felt the warmest of welcomes from. Thank you so much we will be back again.

We enjoyed staying at the Angsana in Corfu. The infinity pool steals the show with stunning views and a laid back atmosphere. There was no issue getting sun beds and it was full. The pool beverage service was excellent. The bars and restaurants are all good but for more local options it’s a short walk to Benitses where we recommend Paxinos. Breakfast had a great selection and all the coffee varieties you could wish for. The small beach is easily accessible either by walking or the small bus that runs up and down in the day. Corfu town is not far and we loved the mix of old and new restaurants. We recommend a modern Italian called Nolita. On that note the concierge was great in helping with recommendations. We took a private taxi to Porto Timoni which was beautiful but amusing / worrying to see people trying to hike in flip flops. Trainers certainly recommended. We tend to prefer more classic luxury so if we head back to Corfu we may try something different but equally would be happy to return to Angsana.
