Room not clean...Food below standards...Flies everywhere

First I'd like to mention the I'm a repetitive guest for Movenpick El Sokhna Hotel since 2015 with multiple accommodations per year... Here are my concerns for the latest accommodation. The room is not clean ... Traces of children food from previous accomodation even inside drawers Flies everywhere ... I killed a over than 20 flies in my room (Room 2137) ... Flies on food in the Main Restaurant (only bread is covered... all other food is exposed to hundreds of flies ... this caused diarrea my wife) and the same at El Gezira Restaurant. Dinner buffet is below Movenpick usual standards.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was perfect. I also wanted to thank Mr Ahmed Rabea the chef as he was so helpful he satisfied our taste as he is a very excellent chef. I wanted to thank also Yasa Hamdy as he was so kind and helpful actually all the staff was really helpful. I really loved the place this time they create a customer retention for me so i will aways choose this hotel whenever i think of traveling. They made me a satisfied customer. ♥️
