Well appointed apartment with great views

Arrived to check in and had to wait over 15 minutes for a staff member. We were asked for a credit card for a $200 hold. The money was actually taken out of our credit card account which I was not expecting. This needs to be communicated better. The Appartments are in a location that is extremely noisy. It was Easter so probably busier and nosier than normal. The Bungy next door was very busy. The building obviously does not have double glazing or any sound proofing. Apart from that the apartment had amazing views, was well positioned and well appointed. It was also good value.
