Fantastic location and facilities. Our apartment room was very spacious with every convenience including full laundry facilities and kitchen. Could benefit from a system to keep both interconnected room doors open as we had 4 year olds who can’t be alone in a room by themselves.

Appalling customer service - and we hadn't even booked yet! I called the only number available - a call centre, and they put me through to the resort. It rang for ages, then someone answered and put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called the call centre back and they called the resort for me and put me through - exact same thing happened. I called the call centre a third time and the operator advised that the resort staff had been very rude to her too. Then I was told to put my feedback in an email. There is absolutely no way I would go to this place if this is the disgraceful way they treat their customers.

Run down hotel that needs TLC

Having stayed at peppers many times in the past it’s clear they are neglecting the hotel. Rusted door frames, mould on the blinds and bathroom stinks. 100% not value for money and won’t be returning to peppers Kingscliff. A shame it was a great place to stay, but now the price is 40% more expensive, staying else where is the only option.

Excellente situation près de la plage. Hôtel adapté pour famille avec plusieurs enfants ( programme d’activités, piscine, vélos, etc. ). Mais conception un peu dépassée et équipements en bout de course. Marketing désastreux ( exigence de paiement intégral du séjour 7 jours avant l’arrivée + surcharge pour paiement par carte; pas de ménage pendant 3 jours, si besoin de l’Inde de bains ou de savon supplémentaire il faut payer , etc. ). Rapport qualité/prix moyen

Grand hotel très bien situé près de la plage, et de nombreux restaurants La chambre est de bonne dimension, avec un balcon Tour est propre et moderne La literie est parfaite Très bon rapport qualité / prix Le petit déjeuner est relativement simple, prix un peu élevé, et d'autres options sont disponibles à quelques mètres à pied
