Good location a couple of blocks north of Cavill Ave right on the beach front. Walking distance to everything. We didn't need the car the whole time. Tram line runs directly behind and there is a stop very close. Great views from the 15th floor. 2 Bedroom Ocean Unit was a good size, well furnished and clean. Air con didn't cope well during the day with the heat. We couldn't get the wifi to work initially but after turning it off and on again it worked. We specifically booked this place to stay as it stated it was wheelchair accessible. Majority of it was with the exception of the indoor pool and spa. There were a number of stairs to both of these. We made a suggestion to the reception desk during our stay to change one of the window panels in the indoor pool area to a sliding door. This would then give wheelchair users access to this area. Reception were happy to receive this feedback. The addition of a pool hoist would also be a great asset in the future.

The one issue they need to rectify is their Wifi. It never worked. We raised the issue and were told we’d have to contact the Wifi supplier ourselves as the hotel representative could not fix it which was disappointing. We all needed the Wifi connection and never had it for the 8 days.
