Too bad experience

The room was too bad, I don't know how anyone can rate this resort 4 stars!! Ants, cockroaches, too old furniture and mattress-smell and towels. Bad service, no Internet, no one will solve anything for you, they just can say Sorry!!!

Arrived to a courteous warm greeting. Staff gave great directions to unit and as we arrived late advised restaurant closing in 30 minutes. Bar staff quickly ordered meals for us and provided a drink. Excellent friendly service. Unit was clean and roomy.
