I do really appreciate you taking the time to post this very nice Tripadvisor review regarding your personal experiences with our amenities and offerings, like the Restaurant, Atmosphere, Food and our East Bay Provisions Coffee shop. More importantly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the poor impression we gave you upon your arrival when you were looking for the ideal accommodations for your family of 4, however I was extremely pleased the bellman took excellent care of you and made it happen for you to receive a larger room.
