From the top floor our view over the port quay and more was spectacular. Our suite was clean, comfortable and pleasantly positioned.

The food was good, but the room was not properly cleaned .

The food was ok, but the room was not clean. Bathroom floor wasn't mopped, the room wasn't vacuumed. The towels weren't folded properly. I will never stay at the Mivenpuck again!

last minute booking because of cancelled flight

I booked a last minute room because of a last minute cancelled flight and I was put off by a rude check in and a room quality that did no reflect the price
