Nice staff, rooms design outdated but spacious. Weird smell outside window Breakfast Not eatable, coffee terrible.

Very courteous- the restaurant was excellent, especially the in-room dining service. Merci!! The room was super clean and fresh. Cleaning team maintained high standards without being intrusive. Dankie! Location outstanding, loved the view of the mountains. The steak was absolutely divine! I shall certainly be bringing my family along in September when I return.

An unforgettable experience with my family. Spectacular location in front of the lake with magnificent views, and very close to the Lausanne metro. Special thanks to Benji, David and Mathias for being so service-oriented, always available to help with a big smile; you guys made us feel at home.
