I felt that Hotel has improved from previous administrations, what they need to watch out is the food (Time for the service) and also variety of the food. They ran out of stock of many dishes in the roof top bar

The hard product is quite nice: the rooms look quite fresh with Scandinavian-ish design. Same goes for bar and restaurant. The rooftop with small heated swimming pool is a pleasant spot as well. There are two big problems though. First there was the cleaniness of the room. In my suite almost every peace of furniture had stains or was downright filthy. The white table in the living room, the couch in the living room, the small black table next to it, the mirror in the bathroom,.. it was all stained or dirty. I realize that hotels show some normal wear and tear but this was really unacceptable. Second problem: the majority of the staff don't seem to like their jobs. The lady checking me in: something between uninterested, bored, unhappy, tired, and arrogant. The breakfast team: not much better. The only staff pleasant to interact with was the gentleman who served dinner at the restaurant, and Mr. Christian, if I'm not mistaken MOD the day I checked in, and who clearly tries to keep standards up, which must be a very difficult task.

I reserved a "top floor ocean view room" months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I was told they were fully booked and they gave me a 4th floor classic with partial ocean view and I can see directly into my neighbors room. They tried to make up for it by offering my chocolates - which was a nice offer - but I politely declined as it doesn't resolve anything in my mind. I also found two used robes bundled up in the closet floor. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was nice. However, I travelled all the way from California for this room for one night, and so left pretty dissatisfied. I expected more from Pullman.

The hotel is located very conveniently next to the beach, yet central in Viña. The employees are super friendly, helpful at all times, fluent in English as well and generally very attentive. Food was an easy 11/10, especially on the lovely rooftop bar and for Dinner. Great mix of traditional food and popular dishes from across the world. The cocktails are awesome and can be enjoyed in the sun, or in a pool which is also on the roof, offering a splendid view. My room was excellently cleaned, had enough space for my stuff, an open shower, window to the sea, curtains and electric roller blinds. I was almost sad to leave for my further journey on a cruise ship (!). Highly recommendable and very happy with my stay. Thanks!
