I made my booking at the Front Desk for that night after a rather unplanned day. The Front Desk staff were understanding and helpful beyond what I expected. Then to open the door to a room that I found to be cleaned exceptionally well and with everything I needed for the night changed whaat was a troublesome day for myself into a pleasant and relaxing night off.

The only negative was trying to work out the volume control on the TV. Everything else was great

Disgusting hotel, weird vibe, cold staff. Very miserable place. Killed my mood the second I walked in the door. Did not make me feel welcome as a platinum Accor member. Staff lacked knowledge, there was nothing I can say that was any good about this stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this definitely was worse overall stay I’ve ever experienced.
