too many little things went wrong

I can take one or maybe two of these things going wrong, but they all added up and made my stay quite frustrating. - Freezer (and fridge) decided to stop working exactly when I needed it. Came back later that night and it was working again. - Dryer decided to stop working half way through. Checked the lint filter and it was empty. The next morning, the same settings and it magically worked. - WiFi is super slow. 2 minutes later and Google Calendar hasn't even loaded. Couldn't do any work in the room. - No spare toilet roll. Bit awkward on the toilet and realising there wasn't a spare one in the room. - The shower's body wash was empty.

Well located but 4 flights of stairs which was too much as we are elderly and find it very difficult to do that many steps.

The young ones loved the location. But we should have been told when booking that there were 4 flights of stairs, and thst is after coming up the stairs from the parking lot. The room was excellent.
