We reserved four rooms and all of them are very neat, love the ambience! The facilities are also very good and family friendly for they have arcade games, pools, and even electric scooters! This hotel is also really near from the Aeon mall, we can go there by foot. Would very recommend to have a staycation here!

Room was good but the service for sahoor is really bad

Service for sahoot really bad, it takes almost 1 hour just for omelete, The staff looks confuse, i order omelette at 3am and go back more than 3 times just for omelette, we got the omelette after complain to other staff and he bring the omelette to us. Staff for sahoor service are not quick response, too many empty menu, it should be reffil before empty, but it takes 5-10 minutes after the staff got the menu was empty then they reffil the menu.

First time staycation with my wife and baby (<1 year old). Although we didn't get a room upgrade due to a holiday (even though there weren't many visitors as my observation seeing the atmosphere of the hotel and less people during the breakfast), the service and facilities provided were very satisfying and memorable. First of all, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially when there was a technical issue (for example: there was a buzzing sound from the AC at one point). The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, especially the impressive room decoration, plus the snacks and mini bar. The bed and baby bed were also very comfortable, and my child really enjoyed it, having no trouble sleeping, etc. Additional baby chair can also be requested separately. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was okay, although there weren't many options, we really enjoyed it, especially the variety of juices and milk choices. We could also order food online, which could be picked up at the reception. The hotel facilities were also very good, the swimming pool looked clean and well-maintained. The gym facilities were also okay with glass walls, really enjoyed the experiences working out there. There was also a kids playground and trampoline that could be used with children and family. Furthermore, the hotel's location is very strategic, close to AEON Mall, accessible by walking and online taxi via apps, as well as the BSD Link Bus shuttle to go to several spots, like The Breeze BSD. The area around the hotel is also very stroller-friendly to comfort more on my staycation journey. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a family staycation.
