So much potential at this resort….it is an amazing resort with top class facilities & golf course…very comfortable rooms,great views over the lake & super comfy bed…the balconies could do with a clean though…BUT the overall customer service is appalling tbh…from front of house to restaurant service was lacking & some staff seemed to go out of their way to be difficult…so much attention to detail is very poor…i could give a dozen examples of how poorly it is managed…the food is VERY average & whilst we waited 45 minutes for our eggs(no,not busy) they were cooked perfectly unlike the pizzas which were soggy! A charcuterie platter🤦‍♀️raw olives,bruised fruit,stale nuts & store bought hummus for $42!! This is our 2nd visit & nothing improved…special shout out to Matt a lovely English staff member who knows customer service👍🏻

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff (Matt, India, Magnificent Meg and Lily in the spa) made our stay complete. The hotel is immaculately clean, the house staff cannot do enough for guests and the whole crew made our stay memorable. The hotel is modern, the food is outstanding and the location is stunning. We have already booked a return trip and would highly recommended if you are visiting this area to stay in this luxury accommodation.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff were fantastic and so helpful, the location is awesome and the golf course the cherry on the pie. My wife and I along with our good friends had planned this well deserved getaway a while back and we were not disappointed. The rooms have everything you need for a staycation, the staff, so friendly, helpful and polite, often going over and above the call of duty to serve and assist. We cannot recommend this resort enough for holiday or getaway.

This hotel confuse me of Accor no it ain’t - unfriendly staff rather go to Meccas for breakfast ☹️. and a motel down the road for accommodations. Staff looks like they seen the ghost when you walks in - reception especially Karen. Very expensive, customer services lacking .

Every member of staff we encountered over our two days, whether, reception, restaurant or cleaning, was friendly, helpful and cheerful. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Even though I’d forgotten to bring my disabled parking permit, they allowed us to park in the disabled spaces, as the main car park is quite a distance on crutches. The young lady on reception said she’d explain to anyone who complained. We had an excellent dinner in the Stock and Barrel. The WiFi was fast and the pool was lovely.
