Just returned from my stay here and I had the best time. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location from getting around Amsterdam as it’s very close to the station. The staff were so helpful they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and catered for. I want to give a special thank you to Mohammed & the other members of the front desk team who helped me when my flight was cancelled and managed to accommodate me at the last moment. You honestly really helped me in a very tricky situation and I’m extremely grateful. Thank you again & I’ll see you again soon 😊

Well located close to sloterdjik station, 10 minutes to the city center, 20 minutes to Haarlem, 35 minutes to Utrecht. Was a good base for our visit to the Netherlands. Breakfast was superb. Few members of the staff were super nice. The room was ok, the window could open, the design was modern. However the bed was too soft, the pillows were too big, the shower had no slope so the water didn't drain! In addition, there were no amneties in the room - no body lotion, sleepers, hair conditioner, q-tips. The cleaners didn't pay attention to putting all the clean towels or put new cups when taking the used ones. Looks really fancy but feels like 3 stars top. As an All accor member, it was a bit dissapointing

Good Stay, Need Improvement on staff

Stay for 3 nights, and wish to replace new tower on second day. Calling reception at around 8pm ( back from town ), the staff who receive the call was reply with bad emotions. After she reach my room, she asking whether I got put sign of "please housekeeping". I say yes. She then question where the towel been put, and did i put on the ground. I reply I no put on the ground as I am not familiar this requirement. She then raise her voice and show bad manner to me. I found out later the instruction "to put the towel on floor in case need substitution" was paste inside the washroom drawer which i overlook on it. Although i found it should be my responsibility , but the point is I call reception with good manner and I was very appreciate the fast response from the staff, but if she can reply with good manner , it would be perfect stay at this hotel. Overall i am satisfying .
