not giving the right importance to the check out invoice

For business travelers, the commercial invoice of the hotel stay is very basic need. For some IBIS hotels, or some of IBIS employees , it is ignored or threated as a secondary service, in complete disrespect with the customer. We need to call afterwards, once, twice, and spend precious time to be asking for hotel invoice, and we are lucky when IBIS picks up phone calls.
