comfortable hotel but impossible to get to for less than EUR25 if you don't land before 10ish at night... this extra cost should be taken into consideration and it might make this place uneconomic.

Room was clean and very basic. No glasses plastic of otherwise were provided for water only paper cups for the coffee tea station. Bed was very hard and not up to Mercure standards from our previous experiences with the hotel chain. Very pleased with walk in shower.

Mm Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

This the worst experience we have had in an Accor Hotel. - The Wifi barely worked - We were provided with a remote with duct tape on it and the tape did not hold. When I ask for the remote to be replaced, I was told that the other rooms were occupied and was provided with the same remote with clear tape this time (I took pictures) - There were no tissues available in our room and in the entire hotel. I was given napkins or hand paper towel instead. And when I said that this is not soft for the nose, I was told to use the toilet paper. - It was very hot in the room, The AC was not working and when I asked the front desk, I was told the hotel is not allowed to put on the AC because we are in March/April even if it is hot. - We experienced very loud noise from planes flying nearby even with the window closed so opening the window to get some fresh air was not possible. As a result, we were not able to sleep. - To make matters even worst, at 11:29 pm (I took a picture), there were 2 people (delivery men/suppliers I assumed) unloading a truck very loudly. - We asked for a wake up call at 6:30 am and the wake-up call was an employee that came and knocked at our door at the established time. - Finally, the front dest tried to charge 126 Euros instead of the 88.70 euros they were supposed to charge. They claimed that somebody made a mistake and changed the rate. This was appalling. This is unacceptable and Mercure Rome Leonardo Da Vinci should be ashamed to offer this rock bottom standard of service. This was a horrible stay and ACCOR should fix this as this has negatively impacted its reputation as a solid hotel consortium.

Good- bathroom is amazing, breakfast area was amazing! Zak and the breakfast crew were phenomenal Not so good- room is older style, wifi did not work at all in the room. It worked fine in the lobby and the breakfast area.
