The hotel is very easy to find when arriving by train. All of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and very well mannered. Room was spacious and clean with a decent sized shower, often tricky in Paris. Very convenient for the Eurostar back to London.

Being an ALL members gives some perks and advantages. We were booked in a nice room with a balcony and with a city view and the station. Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast with so many options. As a trademark of Ibis, the room is small but clean. Yes their lift is small, enough only for two people with their luggage. The area is surrounded by restaurants, fastfood chains, bar, etc.

The room was what we expected and was OK for one night before our onward journey from Gare Du Nord. For a longer stay we would choose something less basic.

The staff were all great, but even on the 4th floor, room 406 we could hear trains under the building and the Aircon unit made a noise occasionally although it wasn't on!?
