Well, stayed 2 years ago and not much has changed. The sunset deck should need a serious upgrade. I think they should have a vocal singer or some kind of entertainment to get guests out of their room for a cold brew and mingle with other guests, because unfortunately this hotel is absolutely dead at night time!! Main pool is good, but if you’re going to have an outdoor bar, just maybe you should open it up for your guests to enjoy!! The food for lunch and dinner is a lot over priced. 3 little small meals for dinner just cost me $77.00!!! Not good if you want people to come down for a snack and a drink!!! The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very efficient in their jobs. Well done! Big problem for those who have difficulty in walking upstairs, there’s no elevators in some of the sections of units!! Can I go on, probably, but you will judge this place on your arrival if you choose visit! Good luck.

Disappointing stay

I booked on the website (ALL.com App) under booking number NHCSCLMJ. It was for a total of $305.10, not the amount that was charged to my credit card. Please have that fixed. We were left feeling extremely disappointed from our stay. First issue was that the air conditioning didn’t work in 4201. This issue took hours for someone to make a decision. It appears that over the shift changeover no one was informed what was going on. I contacted reception on 3 occasions over the course of a few hours waiting for someone to assist us. I was told on each occasion that “we’ll get back to you soon” so I stayed in the room waiting for this to happen thinking it was going to be a short term fix only to be told at a later time that we would be changing rooms as the air conditioner doesn’t work. I then spoke to a manager Utah and I had to move everything from 1 room to the next room 4204 which was a huge inconvenience as everything in our room had been laid out for our stay as we assumed the air conditioning would be fixed. We were all exhausted and just wanted somewhere to rest. Unfortunately, this made us extremely stressed and anxious and unable to unwind. Once I’d fixed up all the room I tried to get on the wifi. I spoke to a manager by the name of Utah who said he’s trying to get his head around the wifi and would call me back when he understands it and it’s ready to go. I never heard back from him. We were unable to connect to wifi as a result as we were never updated when it would be available to use. This again was another disappointment we endured. It’s extremely disappointing writing this as I thought the Accor hotel chain would be far more professional. Please fix the above to ensure future customers are not put through the same stress and disappointment that my family and I had to endure as a result. Kind regards, Michael A.

The rooms are looking very tired, particularly the bathrooms. The HVAC unit was very noisy - none of us slept very well.
