I was well cared for, the staff was called Moutain (nui) This place is very beautiful.The room was very clean, I walked until I was tired, but everywhere was very beautiful.Everything is delicious.There is a chance that I will come back again.

We went there on the weekend and spent a night there. The place itself is pretty nice (I mean Bana hills) - The room facilities are good. -- The breakfast is good. Beautiful castle facade, rooms are small and dated. It is worth staying as it is the only hotel up the mountain. You get to enjoy the atmosphere at night and also early access to golden bridge for hotel guests.

We stayed there a couple of nights and recommend everyone to stay overnight as you will get a discount on cable car if you stay in a hotel. A lot of free rides and activities. Staying there is once in a lifetime experience One of the best hotels with a nice temp. At 18 c Very easy to get there by taxi and take the hotel zip line

Unexpectedly Bad Experience Overall

- Was told our room was upgraded upon check-in. But, instead of having a large balcony with a lot of natural light (as per our original booking), our room had a small window that opened right into the seating area of a restaurant! So we had to leave the windows closed and draw the curtains at all times to maintain our privacy! - Key Card didn't function properly throughout stay - Wasn't informed about pre-planned maintenance at hotel. As a result not electricity at night for at least 3 hours, thus disrupting me and family's sleep. Thereafter couldn't sleep at all. The staff at the front desk didnt seem to bother at all about the negative experience we had to encounter. We finally decided to check out and move to another hotel instead of spending another unpleasnt night there!

The hotel room was excellent. I enjoyed the view and the bathroom the most. Bellboy who assisted me during check-in was very friendly. One of the female chef during breakfast was also very pleasant, constantly smiling and greeting guest. Check-in/ out felt a bit slow. I was also encouraged by the reception to book grab for check-out instead of engaging with the hotel’s service. This lead to me being approached by a random driver while waiting for grab at the ground floor which didn’t make me feel very safe. Would be nice if the hotel actually has transfer service at a competitive rate so I can engage with you directly.
