Nice location but terrible shower facility

Shower was terrible to control flow rate and temperature. Impossible to keep the floor dry. A long drop to get off the high and slippery tub. Designed by an idiot.

We have visited this hotel many times before and Quentin and his reception team and Ivan and Julia from the bar team were at their usual high level of service but unfortunately on two occasions the food was not of its normal standard which was very disappointing

Excellent stay for a family holiday in and around Avignon. Very spacious executive suite available with balcony. The center of town (shops and restaurants) is on walking distance, as well as the station of Avignon Centre. Very convenient if you take day trips in the surrounding area.

We came by car so was a perfect location where we could leave our car but still being meters away from old town. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely go back there.
