Our group, the Longford Town Men's Shed, stayed at the IBIS during our few days break in Belfast City Centre. This centrally located hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, but most importantly the staff were courteous, helpful and good humoured. We are happy to recommend this hotel to Belfast visitors.

Ibis Belfast was well located for walking in the downtown core, had clean well sized rooms and their staff was incredibly focused on great service. Pierce in particular was extremely helpful on the front desk. We had a problem with a third party travel provider and needed phone access. Pierce personally called the tour company multiple times on our behalf using his own personal phone and incurring long distance phone charges. Wow - talk about customer engagement!!

Initially we had a bit of a mix up with the beds where I requested twin beds, but was told they were double beds. When I looked closer I discovered they were twin beds put together and made with one double size duvet. Once the mistake was pointed out the staff were very accommodating. Other than that, everyone was very friendly and helpful and all my party really enjoyed their stay.
