I am owed a refund by the hotel. When I checked out, I asked the desk clerk a question, and she said she would speak to the manager and get back to me, but she confirmed that I was due a refund. They never got back to me and I did not get a copy of the receipt. Nor have I received a credit on my credit card. I have emailed the hotel twice with no response. This is unacceptable.

The best thing I can say about the hotel is that it was clean. Service was not what one would expect of a hotel at that price. Additionally, the rooms did not have certain basic amenities, such as tissues and wash cloths. I am still awaiting a refund that the hotel I owes me.

We were visiting because of a wedding. The hotel was close to a large number of restaurants, the beach was right across the street, shopping was within walking distance and the Paris bar served excellent cocktails. I really enjoyed my stay as the view from my room was fabulous.

Not many service personale spoke english. There were no Netflix connection in our room according to hotel because of its police. There was a fight in the next room and the front desk didn’t do anything to stop it. The jacuzzi was old and dirty and did not work. Still room also did not work.
