From disabled friendly prospective they need to think beyond just putting parking sticker or drop off area. The bathrooms are not disabled friendly at all, also staff is not very co-operative and you need 10 mins discussion just to get stool in bathroom, staff simply deny. Staff 1st reactions are not to help in any manner. I asked for C-type charger for mobile and all denied they do not have, seriously none of they staff ever charge mobiles. Even public places you ask for this help people do help by sharing their charger. I know this is not right of guest and hotel staff can say no such thing provide by company/hotel officially, this is the reason I am saying attitude issue and not policy. Clearly, no one has right to get my help but I offer help is my personal choice. In my experience around the world people does help, but find staff in ibis hyderabad a bit different.
