We were very thankful hotel allowed our early check in. When we went into the room and opened the cupboard, there were used towels and a stained bed cloth (the decorative cloth at the end of the bed), frankly this was quite a shock.

Pullman Kuching is well located, walking distance to various authentic local food places along Padungan. Street. More importantly, the service team from the reception and executive lounge always provide excellence service and goes to extra miles all the time. Probably , it is also the DNA of Sarawak culture - friendly and humble attitude. Pullman is always my default 'home' whenever i travel to Kuching. Kudos again to the Pullman Kuching and looking forward for another great stay next month in Kuching. Alex T.

Well located but toilet reeks of sewage

Sewage smell coming out of the toilet. I have asked the staff to fix this problem but unfortunately they failed. No alternative room was offered. Plus, water pressure was very weak.

Warm welcome and great check in process. Room condition has improved. This is a much better experience as compared to my previous stay (sometimes last year), in that stay, your staffs are helpless and even rude, give us a very bad experience. Good to see such improvement on this stay, good job.
