A very welcome oasis in the hustle a d bustle of Ba gkok. Excellent amenities, very comfortable room, and breakfast is first class with all the bases covered. Executuve lounge was a very welcome suprise. Wonderful and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to return.

Overall this hotel offers excellent value for money. 5 min walk from Victory Monument BTS station which allows you access to all major tourist areas. Staff are friendly and efficient. Stayed on executive floor and staff at the executive lounge very professional and efficient. Drinks and food selection one of the best I have come across for Accor hotels in Bangkok.

The hotel location was under our expectation for a 5 star hotel. No train station within walking distance, the nearest convenient store took about 10 minute walk. The hotel may be only suitable for a package tour with transportation provided or businessmen who need a quiet place to work. Solo travelers will have to demand heavily on taxis. It was quite scary to go out alone at night to access a convenient store because the alley was empty. The check-in process was also very slow. It took me nearly 15 mins for paperwork till I could actually get a room key. No welcome drink provided even though we came with a senior person and a kid. Breakfast section was not very diversed either but still acceptable.

We always stay at Pullman king Power. The staff are so helpful and friendly, offering a great service. The food is excellent, the overall hotel hygiene is great. We're just back, and already booked to go back in July.

The Hotel foyer and the lobby is spacious and airy. It's well designed with lots of comfortable sofas around. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is tasty and hygienic. The property has good amenities.
