A very basic room, which is what you expect for the cheap price - but friendly service costs nothing and is missing here. The room door entry system was so temperamental that only a security guard with a special knack could fathom it out - waited behind a queue of guests all with the same problem. Had to buy a packet of crisps on a credit card because thinking you could pay with coins for such an item seems - based on the face of the receptionist - to make you a total weirdo. The breakfast offer is very limited and poor value for money.

The hotel is in a great location for eating out and drinking. Not far to train or bullring. Tidy big budget rooms and wonderful staff but a lot if noise from traffic and people coming back late. Good for a lively city break not a relaxing holiday

We only stayed for one night and never again. The check in process was easy (online and in person), however, the foyer was always busy with people (guests and others). Although the room was clean, there were insects in the room, and the facilities were noisey (other rooms toilets and showers). The fire alarms went off on our corridor at 0430hrs (twice), staff came to investigate and were talking loudly in the corridor and then the alarm went off again after 0500hrs, however, no explanation was provided during check out.
