My experience at the Novotel Den Haag World Forum during the All Systems Connect International Symposium was nothing short of excellent. The hotel maintained a pristine level of cleanliness throughout, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama that added an extra dimension to my stay. The hotel's panoramic escalator was a standout feature. While the room size was not overly spacious, it was perfectly adequate for my needs. The bike rental service offered by the hotel was a convenient way to explore the city at my own pace. It enhanced my experience by allowing me to easily navigate Den Haag's streets and discover its charms. Overall, the hotel offers an unforgettable experience for travelers visiting Den Haag.

This is one of the lowest ratings I've given a hotel that wasn't a horror story. It's earned this because it could and should be so much better. I stayed here a couple of years ago. Very nice customer service from the desk staff but there were maintenance issues in the room that they didn't resolve when I reported them. Now I'm back and there are self-service kiosks replacing good people (the attending staff was still nice). It was more like going into an apartment building than a hotel -- there isn't even a real on-site restaurant (and not even an off-site in close proximity). The in-room safe didn't work. No heat in the room (they did provide an electric heater which, quite frankly, worked well). No USB ports which indicates a need for a refresh. Room was fairly clean, though. Although there was a bar there was no food. This hotel really needs to keep up on maintenance and focus on what it is. You don't get hospitality from TV screens and credit card readers. There's a Marriott down the street. I've stayed there several times. It is a much more happening place. The Novotel isn't the Marriott -- that's understood -- but it could be more than it now is.

Automated checkin goes rather fast, but if you choose to get your confirmation via email without printing - you don’t have a info in which room you’re actually staying until the email arrives (this took a while for me). Hotel very clean, after renovation, spacious rooms. My biggest complaint is about the mattress/bed: it was way too soft, I felt into a whole rather than staying firmly flat. Gave me back pain. Also liquid bottles in my bathroom were empty: no shower gel and shampoo. Only conditioner. The rest all good.
