Ed Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

It was such a shame to stay at the Sofitel Wentworth when there was so much disruption with the renovations that the building is currently under going. We just felt like we were squeezed into a room that was almost a suite but not quite. Unfortunately the carpet was wet around the window perhaps from the rain the day before we arrived, who knows. We would have really loved to have stayed here after the completion of the renovations sadly, we won't.

I was disappointed that we had not been told of renovations being done, food was only bar menu and we had invited friends to join us for a lovely meal, which had to be cancelled. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

We booked we stayed we enjoyed so all good nothing to complain about and with the renovations will bring the premise up to date as the current is a little dated please put in USB power pts beside the beds.
