This is a well located hotel, so close to the metro to make seeing the sights of Paris very easy. The hotel is very clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offering is excellent. I will be back.

The hotel is very convenient to reach a lot of interests points in Paris, even by walking: Louvre, the Opera... The staff is very welcoming and nice. We had a nice and cosy room in the upper levels on a quiet side. Breakfast buffet offers a large choice of different food.

Great location, nice compact rooms

Great location 5min from st lazare station, close to opera. I did not get upgraded despite my status but I got a very quiet room and a shower no bathtub as I requested. Room no view except inner courtyard which is not particularly nice. Rooms are compact, don’t except to be able to use a large suitcase. The bed and pillows were great (foam pillows) and the Nuxe amenities are a really nice touch. While the room is very well maintained , the bathroom could clearly do with a make over. The shower leaked and soaked the floor. I was also surprised not to find any glasses in the rooms, no reusable cups only paper cups (also in the bathroom). For a 4 star hotel it looked and felt really cheap. Reception staff is friendly and helpful.
