I was here with a group of people from my company for an incentive trip. Staff from the hotel was very kind and professional. Service is really good. The main issue of this hotel are the rooms. We had people who had to change room because of the noise. Some rooms are really noisy. Also, many people had issue with humidity in the rooms: wet floor, wet ceiling... rooms should be renovated.

Tried to show us a room someone was already in!!

We waited for our room to be ready. One of the staff took us up to "our" room, and handed me the key, I opened the door only to find people already inside. It was quite jarring and embarrassing! The front desk made up for this mistake by voiding our lunch bill but since we already had $100 of AMEX Fine Hotel and Resort credit it was a moot point. However, we do give them credit for trying.
