The hotel was easy to find, clean, comfortable and very very convenient for my overnight transfer. The staff were lovely and there are several nice touches in the room such as a note pad and cappuccino powder with the coffee-making facilities. Will definitely use again.

Getting off a twelve hour flight with my 10 yo and 12 yo children, simply needed a room to rest for 12 hours between flights, ripped off as they insisted we upgraded, even though three person rooms not shown when booking. Alternative was be thrown back out on the concourse for 12 hours with young children, so no choice but to pay. Extortion by unfriendly people.

I had a 13 hour overnight layover. Mercure was as advertised, comfortable and convenient. It was a plus to not have to worry about security or immigration to catch my morning flight.
