Good location. Rooms dirty and tired and need of repair. Food ok.

The 2 nights we had at Novotel darling harbour were the best. We stay at many Accor hotels and your hotel was the best. We were seeing Tom jones at icc and the concert and staying the 2 nights was a present for my husbands 70th birthday. When I mentioned that to the person taking the booking , got an upgrade , bubbles and a cheese platter and birthday cake delivered. That’s service 🙏
